\t<article>\n<h5>Introduction<\/h5>\n<p>You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions if you use our services. You consent to the implementation of the money transfer and acceptance of the terms and conditions by initiating a send or receive transaction either through an agent location or through our mobile app or online through our web portal.<\/p>\n<p>The terms and conditions are legally binding, and you must read all the terms in their entirety. There are also provisions covering termination of our commitments, limited liability, and exemptions from our liability for damages.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article>\n<h5>About Us<\/h5>\n<p>Remit Home Ltd is a payment services firm incorporated in England with its registered address at 6-12 Cooke Street ,Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 3NN. Remit Home is authorized by the FCA for the provision of payment services under FCA FRN No. 514406. Furthermore, Remit Home&nbsp;is regulated by HMRC as a money service business under registration number XMML00000106051.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Remit Home<\/span>&nbsp;offers money transfer services internationally. The service is provided by Remit Home&nbsp;through its partners via a network of agents or through our mobile app\/online web portal.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article>\n<h5>Contract<\/h5>\n<p>Every money transfer constitutes a separate agreement between Remit Home and the sender of the funds.<\/p>\n<p>When sending money through Remit Home, you agree to us using our partners to process your transaction and share relevant details with our partners. The terms and conditions along with other documentation related to the service constitute the entire agreement\/ contract between Remit Home \/its partners and you, which governs the use of the service and the individual recipient of the service.<\/p>\n<p>Terms and conditions are subject to changes depending on changes in the law or regulatory requirements. Any changes made after the completion of a transaction will not apply to the current transaction. The money can be collected by a recipient in cash or sent to the recipient\u2019s bank account or the customer can send money directly via Mobile App\/ Web portal.<\/p>\n<p>To use the Remit Home service, you must be at least 18 years of age. The service is for personal use only and may not be used for gambling purposes, escrow, or trust purposes. Please read the fraud warning on the form. We will not be liable if you change your mind after a recipient designated by you has been paid.<\/p>\n<p>When the money transfer is conducted, certain information will be requested including identification details which is a requirement to meet our regulatory responsibilities. Certain partners will require the selection of a pay-out agent in the receiving country. To change a payout location, you may need to contact our partner directly or we may need to refer your query to our partners.<\/p>\n<p>A control number\/PIN is provided to you on the completion of a transaction which must only be provided to the recipient of the transaction to enable the collection of the funds. Remit Home&nbsp;provides various options for funds being received. The transaction can either be sent directly to a bank account or paid out in cash. For pay-outs in cash, on the receiving side, the recipient will also be requested to provide identification details to ensure that the correct recipient is being paid out.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Remit Home&nbsp;<\/span>will endeavor to make the transaction available for payment to the recipient either in a few minutes, by the end of the next working day or latest by the seventh business day depending on which partner the funds are sent through, subject to statutory or regulatory requirements. If a transaction has been processed at an agent location, a delay can occur if the agent location is unable to provide the funds for payment promptly.<\/p>\n<p>The sender is responsible for providing the recipient with the details of the transactions to enable the collection of funds. Any errors in the details provided for the recipient could result in a delay in the transaction being paid. The fee for the transaction will be indicated on the receipt provided at the agent location or on the mobile app\/online web portal.<\/p>\n<p>Payment shall be made when the relevant details required by Remit Home or its partners are provided by the recipient including the name of the sender, transaction number, amount sent and country from where the money was sent along with a valid government-issued ID, there may be some local restrictions and additional local regulatory requirements. The acceptable forms of identification differ depending on the country in which the transfer is collected. Payment shall be made to the person that Remit Home or its agent deems entitled to receive the transaction pay-out.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Remit Home<\/span>&nbsp;will have fulfilled its requirement to you to pay out the transaction to the recipients providing the above-mentioned details. For pay-outs at agent locations, the pay-out will be made during the agent opening hours and if the agent has the funds available to conduct the pay-out.<\/p>\n<p>Applicable laws prohibit money transmission companies from conducting business with certain individuals. Remit Home and its partners are required to screen all transactions against the list of asset freeze targets issued by the office of financial sanctions implementation, HM treasury. If there is a match, Remit Home will investigate to determine if the match is a real match to the name in the list, during the investigation, there may be a delay in the transaction being paid out. Additional details may be requested during the investigation, including additional identification details from the sender and\/or recipient of the money transfer.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to our services, the agent may also offer their products and services. These additional products and services are separate and independent of our service and are offered under the agent\u2019s terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article>\n<h5>Fraud warning<\/h5>\n<p>Send funds only to individuals you know or can verify as trustworthy. The service must only be used to send funds to family or friends and not for business purposes. if you suspect you are a victim of fraud, contact Remit Home immediately on&nbsp;<a href=\"tel:01535 685 754\">01535 685 754<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article>\n<h5>Access to Mobile App and Online Web Portal<\/h5>\n<p>By using our mobile app and online web portal, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. We have the right to cancel access if it comes to our attention that you are under the age of 18.<\/p>\n<p>On completing the registration requirements on the mobile app or online web portal, you will be provided with login details that are not transferrable. You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile app and online web portal are only accessed by you and that log in details are kept safe and secure. Any damages as a result of the use of the login details by a third party will be your responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>For any suspicions concerning the confidentially of the app and access to the online web portal, you must notify Remit Home immediately. Any undue delay in contacting Remit Home may result in you becoming liable for any losses.<\/p>\n<p>Log in details must be updated regularly, every month as a minimum. Ensure that you log out of the app and online web portal after conducting the transaction. We reserve the right to disable access to the app or online web portal at any time for any reason including failure to abide by the terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p>For payments through the mobile app and the online web portal, you must ensure that you have funds in the account from which payment is being made. We accept payment by debit card but you must authorize your card issuer to transfer funds required to be received by us for the transaction. Please note that we do not provide service for the credit card user.<\/p>\n<p>Terms and conditions of the card issuer will apply to the use of your card or bank account and you must refer to such agreements when making funds required for the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>For conducting online transactions, you will need to obtain equipment including a computer or device, telecommunications lines, an operating system, printer to print out any records on paper. You acknowledge that certain software and equipment that you use may not be able to support certain features of our services. Additional restrictions may also apply.<\/li>\n<li>The supply of properties or goods and services which were paid for using the service.<\/li>\n<li>The Transaction May Be Suspended or\/and Terms and Conditions May Be terminated if The details provided are not accurate or incomplete.<\/li>\n<li>You are in breach of the terms and conditions including the requirement to pay our fee.<\/li>\n<li>We are not able to verify your identity<\/li>\n<li>If we suspect that the Remit Home regulatory requirements will be breached including regulations for preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud.<\/li>\n<li>Due to the requirements of a government or regulatory body<\/li>\n<li>A court order is issued which we need to comply with.<\/li>\n<li>The transaction is being processed on behalf of a third party or we suspect the transaction may have been forged.<\/li>\n<li>Additional information requested is not provided.<\/li>\n<li>The card issuer does not authorize the payment.<\/li>\n<li>You pass away, become insolvent, a bankruptcy petition is presented against you, you enter into a voluntary arrangement, or go into liquidation.<\/li>\n<li>Sender attempts to transfer or charge funds from a debit card that does not belong to the sender.<\/li>\n<li>We determine that the profile has been inactive for a substantial time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article>\n<article>\n<h5>Refusal of a Transaction<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Remit Home<\/span>&nbsp;and its agents may refuse a transaction without providing a reason, in particular, to prevent fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, a requirement by law, due to a request by a regulatory body, law enforcement body, due to a court order or based on our internal policy<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article>\n<h5>Unauthorized Transaction<\/h5>\n<p>Under the regulations, we may be liable if we perform a transaction that you did not authorize us to process. If you suspect such a transaction has occurred, you must inform us in writing as soon as you realize that such an unauthorized payment has occurred. We will then investigate the matter.<\/p>\n<p>We must be informed in writing within 13 months of the incident occurring if the refund is to be considered. If during our investigation we determine that the transactions have been authorized by you, the refund will not be done. For any fraud identified, you will remain liable to us.<\/p>\n<p>We will have no liability if we are unable to perform the transaction correctly where it is a statutory obligation or the reason was for events outside of our control.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Remit Home&nbsp;<\/span>shall be liable for damages resulting from the intentional gross misconduct by staff or agents while processing the transaction subject to applicable law. Liability is excluded in cases of minor negligence.<\/p>\n<p>The liability of Remit Home is limited to refund for foreseeable damage of the contract is limited to EUR 500 (in addition to the amount transferred and charges). Other Terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<!-- REGULATORY -->\n<h1 class=\"text-center\">BELMONEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h1>\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">Regulatory Information<\/h2>\n<p>\nBelmoney S.A., with registered office at Avenue Louise 54, 1050 Ixelles,\nBelgium, and company number 0540.745.997 RPM Brussels, is an authorized\npayment institution supervised by the <b>National Bank of Belgium (NBB)<\/b> under\nDirective (EU) 2015\/2366 on payment services (PSD2).\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBelmoney is also subject to Belgian and EU legislation on Anti-Money Laundering\nand Counter Terrorist Financing (AMLD), the General Data Protection Regulation\n(GDPR \u2013 Regulation (EU) 2016\/679), and applicable consumer protection laws.\n<\/p>\n\n<!-- DEFINITIONS -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">Definitions<\/h2>\n<p>For the purposes of this Agreement:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201cAgreement\u201d<\/strong> means these Terms &#038; Conditions, together with the Privacy\nPolicy and Cookie Policy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cBelmoney\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d <\/strong>refers to Belmoney S.A.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cCustomer\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d, or \u201cyour\u201d <\/strong>refers to the individual using Belmoney\u2019s\nServices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cServices\u201d<\/strong>means money transfer, foreign exchange, Remittance as a\nService (RaaS), correspondent activities (the HUB), and online remittance via\nthe \u201cHapp\u201d app.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cTransaction\u201d <\/strong>means a payment order executed by Belmoney on behalf of a\ncustomer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cSender\u201d<\/strong> means the person instructing Belmoney to send money.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cBeneficiary\u201d<\/strong> means the person designated to receive the funds.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cBusiness Day\u201d<\/strong> means any day banks in Belgium are open for business,\nexcluding weekends and public holidays.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cHigh-Risk Country\u201d<\/strong> means a jurisdiction designated as high-risk by the EU,\nFATF, or Belgian authorities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cRestricted Activities\u201d<\/strong> means activities prohibited under Section 7.3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<!-- SECTION 1 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">1. OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU<\/h2>\n\n<h3>1.1 Parties Involved<\/h3>\n<p>\nThese Terms and Conditions (\u201cAgreement\u201d) govern your use of the online\npayment services provided by Belmoney SA (\u201cBelmoney\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d),\na payment institution authorized and supervised by the National Bank of\nBelgium registered at Avenue Louise 54, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium, company\nnumber 0540.745.997. By creating a Profile and\/or using the Services, you\nagree to be bound by this Agreement.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>1.2 Related Documents<\/h3>\n<p>\nThis Agreement should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie\nPolicy (together, the \u201cPolicies\u201d). The Policies describe how we process\npersonal data and use cookies and similar technologies.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>1.3 Acceptance<\/h3>\n<p>\nYou accept this Agreement by ticking to accept during registration or before\ninitiating a transaction, or by continuing to use the Services.\n<\/p>\n<h3>1.3 Key information you should review<\/h3>\n<p>\nPlease pay particular attention to:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li>Section 4 (Sending Money) \u2013 how to fund and submit transfers.<\/li>\n    <li>Section 5 (Fees &#038; FX) \u2013 service fees, exchange rates, and third-party\ncharges.<\/li>\n    <li>Section 7 (Restrictions) \u2013 prohibited\/restricted activities and our rights.<\/li>\n    <li>Section 9 (Errors\/Refunds) \u2013 how to report issues and when refunds apply<\/li>\n    <li>Section 14 (Liability) \u2013 limits and exclusions<\/li>\n    <li>Section 18 (Changes) \u2013 how we change Services\/terms consistent with\napplicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>IMPORTANT:<\/b> By continuing to use our Services, you signify your\nunderstanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this Agreement<\/p>\n<!-- SECTION 2 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">2. OUR SERVICES<\/h2>\n\n<h3>2.1 Money Transfers<\/h3>\n<p>\nThe Services enable customers resident in the EEA (and other supported\nlocations listed on our website) to send funds to a Beneficiary via supported\npayout methods (e.g., account deposit, wallet, cash payout) in designated\ncorridors. A \u201cTransaction Amount\u201d is the amount you fund; the \u201cPayout\nAmount\u201d is what the Beneficiary receives, net of applicable fees and FX.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>2.2 Intended Use<\/h3>\n<p>\nThe Services are intended for personal, consumer use (peer-to-peer and family\nsupport). Use for commercial payments or for persons you do not know, or trust\nis not permitted unless explicitly allowed by Belmoney.\n<\/p>\n<h3>2.3 Third-Party Agreements<\/h3>\n<p>\nThe Services may rely on third-party Service Providers (banks, processors, payout agents, telecom providers). Your use of such services may be subject to\nadditional terms imposed by those providers.\n<\/p>\n\n<!-- SECTION 3 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">3. GETTING STARTED AND USING OUR SERVICES<\/h2>\n\n<h3>3.1 Profile Creation<\/h3>\n<p>\nYou must create a Profile to use the Services. A Profile is not a bank or\npayment account and does not hold funds.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>3.2 Registration<\/h3>\n<p>\nYou must provide accurate information and complete KYC as required (see\nSection 8). You may need to create security credentials and install our app.\n<\/p>\n<h3>3.3 Individual Use<\/h3>\n<p>\nYou must act on your own behalf and not on behalf of others\n<\/p>\n<h3>3.4 Keep information up to date<\/h3>\n<p>\nYou must keep your details (including residency address) accurate and up to\ndate and promptly notify changes. Changes in residency may affect eligibility\nand applicable terms.\n<\/p>\n<h3>3.5 Eligibility<\/h3>\n<p>\nTo use the Services, you must: (a) accept this Agreement; (b) be 18+; (c) be\nresident in a supported country (as listed on our website); and (d) complete\nidentity verification and other checks.\n<\/p>\n<h3>3.6 Restricted Persons and Territories<\/h3>\n<p>\nYou may not use the Services if you are subject to sanctions or in jurisdictions\nwe do not support. We may apply enhanced due diligence or decline\ntransactions involving high-risk jurisdictions consistent with AML\/CFT laws (see\nSection 7.2\n<\/p>\n<h3>3.7 Single Profile<\/h3>\n<p>\nYou may hold one Profile. We may limit multiple emails or instruments linked\nto a single individual.\n<\/p>\n<!-- SECTION 4 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">4. SENDING MONEY<\/h2>\n\n<h3>4.1 Funding instruments<\/h3>\n<p>\nYou may fund a transfer by card (credit\/debit) or bank transfer (e.g., SEPA), as\nmade available. By selecting a card, you: (a) authorize charges for the\nTransaction Amount and fees; (b) confirm the card is valid and lawfully yours;\nand (c) authorize us to verify with the issuer.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>4.2 Bank funded payments<\/h3>\n<p>Pay from a bank account in your own name using the reference\/instructions we\nprovide, within the specified timeframe. You are responsible for providing\ncorrect amounts and references<\/p>\n<h3>4.3 If funding is incorrect<\/h3>\n<p>If payment is late, from an ineligible account, for an incorrect amount, or with\nwrong references, we may: (a) delay or cancel the Transaction; (b) refund\nsubject to checks; (c) suspend\/terminate the Services; or (d) comply with any\nlegal\/regulatory process impacting refunds.<\/p>\n<h3>4.4 Processing<\/h3>\n<p>Submitting a transfer is an offer to us. We may accept or decline in our\ndiscretion (consistent with law and this Agreement). The Services are for\nconsumer use only<\/p>\n<h3>4.5 Transaction execution time (indicative)<\/h3>\n<p>Execution depends on corridor, payout method, bank cut-offs, controls, and\ntime zones. Estimated times will be shown before you confirm. Times are\nindicative and not guaranteed. For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li>Brazil Account Deposit &#8211; Immediately<\/li>\n    <li>Brazil PIX &#8211; Immediately<\/li>\n    <li>International Account Deposit &#8211; Same day if made during the day. The\noperations made after 16:00 PM (CET) will be paid on the following day.\n4) e-Wallet Deposits &#8211; 3 hours<\/li>\n    <li>Cash pick-ups &#8211; Available immediately for withdrawal in the corresponding\nagency<\/li>\n    <li>Home delivery &#8211; 24h<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4.6 Information we need<\/h3>\n<p>We require: (a) accurate Sender\/Beneficiary details; (b) cleared funds; (c) your\nconsent; and (d) completion of any identity\/limit\/AML checks. If checks are\npending, processing may be delayed.<\/p>\n<h3>4.7 Card authorization<\/h3>\n<p>You authorize charges to your selected card. If a payment attempt fails, we\nmay retry using the same instrument, in accordance with network rules and\nyour issuer agreement<\/p>\n<h3>4.8 Transaction Information<\/h3>\n<p>Please check all details before confirming; changes may not be possible\nafterwards. Refunds\/cancellations are handled under Section 9<\/p>\n<h3>4.9 Accuracy<\/h3>\n<p>Ensure all Transaction details are accurate as changes might not be possible\nafter submission. Refunds or cancellations may be possible under specific\ncircumstances.<\/p>\n<h3>4.10 Other protections<\/h3>\n<p>Your card or bank provider\u2019s agreement may give you additional protections\n(e.g., chargeback rules). Refer to that agreement.<\/p>\n<!-- SECTION 5 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">5. PAYING FOR OUR SERVICES AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE<\/h2>\n<h3>5.1 Service fee<\/h3>\n<p>\nYou agree to pay the Service Fee displayed before you confirm. Fees may be\ndeducted from the Transaction Amount or charged separately.\n<\/p>\n\n<!-- SECTION 6 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">5.2 Payment methods<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nPay only via the methods we disclose (e.g., supported cards or bank transfers).\nWe are not obliged to accept other payment methods\n<\/p>\n<h3>5.3 Additional charges<\/h3>\n<p>If our costs arise due to your funding instrument (e.g., insufficient funds,\nchargebacks), you agree to reimburse us on demand.<\/p>\n<h3>5.4 Currency conversion &#038; exchange rates (IFRS 15 disclosure)\n<\/h3>\n<p>Where currency conversion applies, we will display the exchange rate and the\nresulting Payout Amount before you confirm. The rate disclosed must equal the\nrate applied. Belmoney, acting as Merchant of Record and principal under IFRS\n15, records gross revenue and may earn a spread on FX.\nIf there is any discrepancy between the disclosed and applied rate, we will\ncorrect it and arrange reimbursement of the difference. Repeated\nmanipulation or mis-disclosure by any partner may lead to suspension or\ntermination under Section 7.4.<\/p>\n<h3>5.5 Third-party fees<\/h3>\n<p>Your bank, card issuer, telecom or internet provider may charge fees (e.g.,\ncash-advance or international fees). You are responsible for these.<\/p>\n<h3>5.6 Taxes<\/h3>\n<p>You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Services, in\naccordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n<!-- SECTION 7 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">6. RECEIVING MONEY<\/h2>\n    <h3>6.1 Service providers<\/h3>\n    <p>Funds are made available to Beneficiaries through Belmoney\u2019s network of local\nbanks, financial institutions, and authorized agents (\u201cService Providers\u201d).\nService Provider locations, hours, and availability may vary. Funds not\ncollected within 60 calendar days are cancelled and refunded to the Sender\n(less applicable fees)<\/p>\n\n<h3>6.2 Verification<\/h3>\n<p>Beneficiaries must present valid government identification and any reference\nnumber provided by Belmoney or its Service Providers. Service Providers may\nimpose additional verification requirements in compliance with local\nregulations.<\/p>\n\n<!-- SECTION 8 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">7. IMPORTANT SERVICE RESTRICTIONS<\/h2>\n<h3>7.1 Right to refuse transactions<\/h3>\n<p>\nBelmoney may refuse or suspend any Transaction to protect Customers, comply\nwith regulatory obligations, or mitigate risk.\n<\/p>\n<h3>7.2 High-risk countries<\/h3>\n<p>Transactions involving High-Risk Countries are subject to enhanced due\ndiligence. Belmoney may suspend, delay, or refuse such Transactions at its sole\ndiscretion.<\/p>\n<h3>7.3 Restricted activities<\/h3>\n<p>Customers may not use Belmoney Services for illegal purposes, gambling,\ncontrolled substances, adult content, or other prohibited activities.<\/p>\n<h3>7.4 Actions we may take<\/h3>\n<p>Belmoney may:<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li>Suspend or terminate Profiles.<\/li>\n    <li>Delay, cancel, or reverse Transactions<\/li>\n    <li>Report suspicious activity to authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Customers will be notified where legally possible.<\/p>\n<!-- SECTION 9 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">8. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY<\/h2>\n\n<h3>8.1 Privacy and Cookie Policies<\/h3>\n<p>Processing of personal data is governed by Belmoney\u2019s Privacy and Cookie\nPolicies, available on our website<\/p>\n\n<h3>8.2 Cross-border transfers<\/h3>\n<p>Personal data may be transferred outside the EEA. Adequate safeguards (e.g.,\nEU Standard Contractual Clauses) will apply.<\/p>\n\n<h3>8.3 Customer identification<\/h3>\n<p>In compliance with AMLD, Belmoney collects and verifies personal data,\nincluding identity documents, proof of address, and information about the\nsource of funds<\/p>\n\n<h3>8.4 Disclosure to authorities<\/h3>\n<p>Belmoney may disclose data to regulators, law enforcement, or judicial\nauthorities as required by law.<\/p>\n\n<!-- SECTION 10 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">9. ERROR, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n    <li>Error Resolution: Customers must notify Belmoney promptly of any\nunauthorized or incorrect Transaction within 13 months.<\/li>\n    <li>Cancellation: Transactions may be cancelled before completion. Completed\nTransactions are non-refundable, except where required by law.<\/li>\n    <li>Refunds: Refunds are credited to the original Funding Instrument. Exchange\nrate differences will not be compensated.<\/li>\n    <li>Tracing Payments: Customers may request payment traces within the EEA.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n<!-- SECTION 11 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h2>\n<p>\nBelmoney owns all intellectual property rights related to its Services,\ntrademarks, and software. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive,\nrevocable license to use Belmoney\u2019s app and website for personal, noncommercial use.\n<\/p>\n\n<!-- SECTION 12 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">12. DISCLAIMERS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n    <li>Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or\nregulatory obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Belmoney is not responsible for disputes between Customers and thirdparty merchants.<\/li>\n<li>While Belmoney applies security measures, it cannot guarantee absolute\nprotection from unauthorized access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<!-- SECTION 13 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES<\/h2>\n<p>\nCustomers are responsible for losses caused by:\n<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li> Breach of this Agreement.<\/li>\n        <li> Misuse of Services<\/li>\n        <li> Fraudulent or negligent activity<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n<!-- SECTION 14 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">14. BELMONEY\u2019S LIABILITY<\/h2>\n<h3>14.1 General Responsibility<\/h3>\n<p>\nWe are liable for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our failure to\ncomply with this Agreement or to use reasonable care and skill. We aren&#8217;t\nresponsible for unforeseeable loss or damage, or loss caused by your breach\nor fraudulent actions\n<\/p>\n<h3>14.2 Defective Digital Content<\/h3>\n<p>Paid Digital Content: If supplied for a fee, we&#8217;re liable for ensuring it&#8217;s of\nsatisfactory quality, fit for purpose, matches description, and without a\ngeneral claim that we lack the right to supply it. Remedies may include repair,\nreplacement, or compensation, subject to Agreement terms. Damage to\nDevice: We will repair damage or compensate if defective digital content\ndamages your device due to our failure to use reasonable care and skill.\nExceptions exist if damage could be avoided by applying a free update, not\nfollowing instructions, or not meeting system requirements.<\/p>\n<h3>14.3 Exceptions to Liability Limits<\/h3>\n<p>Our liability is limited except in cases involving death, personal injury, fraud,\nor fraudulent misrepresentation. In these instances, we acknowledge our\nlegal responsibilities as required by applicable law<\/p>\n<h3>14.4 Exclusion of Certain Losses<\/h3>\n<p>We aren&#8217;t liable for business-related losses or losses from our disbursement\npartners. Our services are for domestic and private use.<\/p>\n<h3>14.5 Compliance, Act of God and Force Majeure<\/h3>\n<p>We shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from our\ncompliance with legal and regulatory obligations or due to &#8216;Events Outside\nOur Control.&#8217; These events are unforeseeable and beyond our reasonable\ncontrol, and may include occurrences such as strikes, natural disasters, and\nsignificant network disruptions.<\/p>\n<h3>14.6 Definition of Act of God and Force Majeure<\/h3>\n<p>Events Outside Our Control&#8217; are defined as extraordinary events or\ncircumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may encompass, but\nare not limited to, severe weather conditions, epidemics, pandemics,\nunavoidable technical failures, and essential system maintenance.<\/p>\n<!-- SECTION 15 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW<\/h2>\n<h3>15.1 Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n<p>\nIn the event of any disputes arising from or relating to the services provided\nby Belmoney, customers are encouraged to first report their concerns directly\nto the Company. We prioritize addressing and resolving issues amicably\nbetween you, the customer, and Belmoney. Detailed information on how to file\na complaint, including the contact details and procedures, is available on our\nwebsite.<\/p>\n<h3>15.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n<p>Unresolved disputes may be referred to Ombudsfin (Belgium). This process\ninvolves an independent third party who will review the dispute and propose\na solution.<\/p>\n<p>Escalation Steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li>Contact Belmoney\u2019s customer support to attempt direct resolution\n(support@bel.money)\n<\/li>\n    <li> If unresolved, escalate the dispute to Belmoney\u2019s dedicated dispute\nresolution team (compliance@bel.money)<\/li>\n    <li> If still unresolved, proceed to engage Ombudsfin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Belgian Ombudsfin (Financial Services Ombudsman) Contact Details:\nAddress: Bd Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium, Phone: +32 2 545 77 70,\nEmail: ombudsman@ombudsfin.be<\/p>\n<p>European Online Dispute Resolution Platform: Customers also have the\noption to use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which\nis designed to assist consumers and traders in resolving their online disputes.\nThis platform can be accessed at ec.europa.eu\/odr.<\/p>\n<h3>15.3 Governing Law<\/h3>\n<p>The terms and conditions of use for Belmoney online services shall be\ngoverned by and construed in accordance with Belgian law, without regard to\nits conflict of law provisions<\/p>\n\n<!-- SECTION 16 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">16. CUSTOMER SECURITY OBLIGATIONS<\/h2>\n<h3>16.1 Importance of security<\/h3>\n<p>\nSecurity Measures: Belmoney prioritizes user security, employing various\nmeasures to ensure information safety. Caution in Transactions: Users are\nadvised to exercise caution when sending money, especially to unfamiliar\nentities. Deals or offers that seem too good to be true should be approached\nwith caution.\n<\/p>\n<h3>16.2 User obligations for safe usage<\/h3>\n<p>Safekeeping Funding Instruments and Credentials: Users are responsible for\nsafeguarding Funding Instruments and Security Credentials (e.g.,\npassword).\nNon-Disclosure: Users must not share Funding Instruments or Security\nCredentials, except during the use of Belmoney&#8217;s Services.\nSecure Password Practices: Users should avoid writing passwords in easily\nunderstandable ways and choose strong, non-guessable passwords.\nDevice Security: Devices used for Belmoney&#8217;s Services should have virus\nchecks and firewall protection.\nPrompt Notification: Users must promptly notify Belmoney of any service\nfailures, delays, malfunctions, viruses, or errors.\nContingency Planning: Users should have contingency plans to address\nservice unavailability or system failures.\nCompliance with Instructions: Users are required to follow Belmoney&#8217;s\ninstructions for keeping Funding Instruments and Service usage secure.<\/p>\n<h3>16.3 Biometric access<\/h3>\n<p>Fingerprint Access: Belmoney may offer the functionality to use biometric\ninformation, like fingerprint scanning, for Service access.\nDevice Requirements: Users need a compatible device with the Belmoney\napp and enabled applications for biometric scanning.\nResponsibility for Security: Users are responsible for ensuring that only their\nbiometric information is registered on the device.\n16.4 Compromised service notification\nImmediate Contact: Users should contact Belmoney immediately if they\nsuspect fraud, unauthorized use, or compromised Services usage. Reporting\nInappropriate Use: Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate use of\nthe Service by contacting compliance@bel.money. Phishing Emails: Users\nshould forward any fake (phishing) emails purportedly from Belmoney to\ncompliance@bel.money<\/p>\n<!-- SECTION 17 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">17. CHANGES TO SERVICES AND AGREEMENT<\/h2>\n<h3>17.1 Changes to the services<\/h3>\n<p>Service Adjustments: Belmoney may introduce additional service\nfunctionalities or adjust for reasons such as software maintenance, bug fixes,\nor security threats. Subject to Agreement Terms: Additional services are\nsubject to the terms of this Agreement or other terms and conditions provided\nduring their availability.<\/p>\n<h3>17.2 Changes to this agreement<\/h3>\n<p>Modification Authority: Belmoney reserves the right to make changes to this\nAgreement. User&#8217;s Termination Right: Users have the right to terminate the\nAgreement without charge in response to changes.<\/p>\n<h3>17.3 Reasons for changes<\/h3>\n<p>Various Reasons: Changes may be made for reasons such as correcting errors,\nreflecting new products or services, responding to legal requirem\n<h3>17.4 Notification of changes<\/h3>\n<p>Communication Method: Changes are communicated by posting the revised\nAgreement on Belmoney&#8217;s website and\/or app.<\/p>\n<h3>17.5 Unilateral changes by Belmoney<\/h3>\n<p>Material Change Definition: Users are given at least 2 months&#8217; notice of a\nMaterial Change, and they can terminate the Agreement without charge\nwithin this notice period.<\/p>\n\n<!-- SECTION 18 -->\n<h2 class=\"section-title\">18. OTHER TERMS<\/h2>\n<h3>18.1 Enforcement flexibility<\/h3>\n<p>\nDelayed Enforcement: The fact that we may not immediately enforce certain\nprovisions or take immediate action against a breach of this Agreement does\nnot waive our right to enforce those provisions or act later. For instance, if\nwe provide Services despite a delayed payment, we can still request payment\nlater.\n<\/p>\n<h3>18.2 Severability clause<\/h3>\n<p>Legal Findings: If any court or relevant authority deems any part of this\nAgreement unlawful, the remaining sections will remain valid and\nenforceable. Each section operates independently<\/p>\n<h3>18.3 Transfer of agreement<\/h3>\n<p>Rights and Obligations Transfer: We reserve the right to transfer our rights\nand obligations under this Agreement to another organization. No other person, except as explained in section 13\n(Compensation you may owe us), has the right to enforce its terms.<\/p>\n<h3>18.6 Compensation Scheme Clarification<\/h3>\n<p>No Compensation under Scheme: As Belmoney is not obligated to be part of\nany government compensation scheme, no compensation would be available\nunder such a scheme in the unlikely event that Belmoney cannot meet
